EcoSeal 50-TB

The EcoSeal 50-TB labeling system – in the application shown the EcoSeal 50-TB is being used as a fully-automatic system. It is applying round membranes with a diameter of only 7mm onto a small pressure compensation product which is integrated into a vehicle safety system (tank pressure sensor). For this automatic system a special vacuum adapter was developed that transfers the very small membranes from the labeling machine and accurately applies them to the plastic components at a specified contact pressure. These elements are fed in and out of the applicator via an automatic hold and swivel mechanism. The labelling machine’s feed rate is signalled to the labeling machine from the main production machine using SPS control.
