EcoSystem 212

The EcoSystem 212 is a semi-automatic all-purpose labeling system for cylindrical products such as bottles and tins with a diamater from 10 to 120mm. The system works with the EcoLine 100-S or 160-S labeling machines and has a maximum dispensing speed of 25 meters per minute. Depending on label length, product output is up to 30 to 40 units per minute. The minimum label length is 10mm and the minimum label width is 12mm. It is driven by a two-phase stepping motor with a positional accuracy of +/- 0.5mm. It is controlled by SPS and incorporates a visual display. The system can dispense a second label at a defined interval from the first label. The EcoSystem 212 can be combined with any compact TT printer or hot stamp printer module.
