EcoSeal 50-T

The semi-automatic EcoSeal 50-T labeling system consists of an EcoLine 100-S or 160-S labeling machine with a pneumatic tamp applicator. The "Smart-tamp" applicator consists of a mechanically sprung vacuum plate which returns to the retracted position after it has made contact with the product. This allows the products to be labeled to be stacked up ready for labeling. The operator removes the top labeled product which automatically triggers the next labeling operation. The table plate ensures quick change of a range of product attachments. The labeling procedure can be triggered via a sensor, buttons or a foot switch. The integrated EcoStand 15 can be used to easily adjust the system to the required height.
