EcoSystem 124

The EcoSystem 124 is designed for double-sided labeling of different-sized bottles. The data label is printed by an EcoPrint 100 (printer and dispenser with 120mm throughput width) before it is applied to the product. The system transfers the product using a rotary feed table, to the conveyor belt within the labeling system. Each product is then automatically separated and arranged so that it is perfectly aligned. This ensures extremely precise labeling. The product is labelled front and back. At the end of the conveyor belt the product is discharged into a large capacity rotary table from where the product is removed by operating personnel for final packaging. As an option the system can be upgraded by adding a third labeling machine for top labeling.
